Rare Threads, the fibre design and fashion market at the mill, has ramped with a greatly-expensded line-up of vendors. To keep things interesting and ever-changing, the shop now also feature monthly pop-up vendors offering a variety of artisan fashions and decor.
All producst are made of natural fibres, are eco-friendly, ethically sourced and made. For example, our newest vendor from BC, NoMiNoU, was created to empower individual expression, ethical and sustainable business practices, anti-racism and advancements in justice. By consciously choosing and wearing their collectible art, you are honouring cultural diversity, providing above-industry standard financial compensation to global indigenous artists by way of commissioned art fees and royalties, and supporting a female-owned, small business 100% based in Canada.
