Food & Beverage Services
For business meetings, workshops, and private functions, our preferred caterers can arrange a simple menu of fresh local cuisine, ranging from fruit and veggie trays to sandwiches, soups & salads and homemade baked goods and beverages along with a variety of beverages.
For weddings or more elaborate menus, we have four excellent caterers on our Preferred Caterers List. We highly recommend you choose one of the following caterers who we have seen in action serving functions at the Alton Mill and we know provide excellent service. Clients are welcome to use caterers outside of this list, however there will be an additional fee plus a percentage charge.

Furnishings and Equipment Rental
The Alton Mill has an inventory of tables, padded banquet chairs, folding plastic chairs and miscellaneous equipment available for rent. Our wedding packages typically include tables & chairs. For other functions, they are rented on an à la carte basis. Click for an inventory of what's available.
For rental of other items not provided by us, such as dishes, linens & furnishings, you have a choice of two preferred rental suppliers who are proven performers and are familiar with our delivery & storage areas and procedures. Other rental companies may be used, but there will be an extra charge for our staff to to meet and supervise them. We do not receive a percentage back from the rental companies.

Gallery Gemma Jewellery offers a full range of unique jewellery including custom-designed engagement and wedding rings.
Creative Events Management in studio 205 offers corporate meeting management services both on and off-site.
Cedar & Stone Floral Studio offers fresh floral designs for weddings and special events .
Mark Grice is a licensed wedding officiant who specializes in creating authentic, personalized ceremonies for every unique couple.
Many of our artists can arrange creative group activities for your wedding party or guests to make your event at the Alton Mil an even more memorable experience. For a list of artists who provide workshops click here or ask our event staff for more info.
Other Services
The Alton Mill event staff can recommend local deejays, AV companies, local artisanal beverage suppliers and other service providers who we work with on a regular basis. For corporate events, Margi Taylor is the principal of Creative Events Management , a full-service conference and corporate event management company. If you wish to go that extra mile and have a professional help plan your corporate event, she would be pleased to help you, and she can also recommend social event planners.
