This advanced level class will begin with exercises designed to help us tap into your creative spirit, followed by several hours of encaustic painting in a shared, supportive and creative environment. The focus of this class is on process rather than technique and is open to those who have taken a workshop with Kim Kool, Karen Brown, or at The Hive in the past, or for those who are experienced encaustic painters.

 

Participants must have experience with encaustic painting. All supplies and equipment included, but please bring your own substrates (maximum size of 16x20).
