"Many of us have lost our true connection with nature, and have forgotten, that indeed, we are not separate from it. There is a reason we are called to it. We are a part of it and it is a part of us. There is an embodied Wisdom we gain when we re-connect with our natural surroundings. It reminds us of who we truly are.

Each session will begin by connecting with some aspect of nature in some special way (moving with it, observing it, journaling with it, sketching it, writing a poem, etc.) We will then return to the studio and create a mixed-media Art Journal page based on our experience."
