Heritage Canada Foundation has designated February 18, 2013 as Heritage Day to celebrate the architectural heritage and historic places of Canada. The Alton Mill is open holiday Mondays and we will be offering heritage tours of the building and our millrace room heritage exhibit. Come see the original water power equipment that drove the mill and find out a little about the industrial heritage of the area. Tours at 1:00 and 3:00 pm. Gather in the tower entrance.
