You, Me, and the Trees with Michele Johnston

(), 2019

"There is a Japanese phenomenon, ‘Forest Bathing’, that has become quite popular. While I am not a certified Forest Bathing Facilitator, I HAVE trained in Coyote Mentoring, which is teaching people how to form a deeper connection with nature. (Add that to my 20+ years as a teacher, and my ‘Special’ connection with trees and nature, and I’ve got you covered!)

Why have a guide? ‘Being Still’ takes practice! As a guide, I will give you special instructions/directions to help hold your focus so you have a richer (or at least different) experience."
