Our beautifully restored stone walls, exposed beams, and art-filled corridors create a backdrop that feels personal, distinctive, and full of character — no extra décor required.
Whether you’re hosting cocktails in the Courtyard or dinner and dancing in the Millrace Room, you’ll design an event that feels effortless and uniquely yours.
Our Spaces
Each of our spaces offers something different, from the intimate stonewalls, wooden beams, and unique glass lenses of the Millrace Room to the sun-filled views of the Pond Gallery.
Our primary event space, the Millrace Room, offers convenience for catering and food services, ample space and features the adjacent Tuscan-style Waterfall courtyard, the perfect outdoor oasis on a beautiful day.
POND GALLERY
The stunning Pond Gallery is an event and exhibition space located on the upper level. Filled with natural light, offering incredible views of the Millpond, and featuring a variety of art, this space is best suited for small events with limited food service requirements.
Accommodate up to 75 guests for a standing reception, 45 guests with seating.
MILLRACE ROOM
& WATERFALL COURTYARD
An intimate space featuring stone walls, wood beams and unique glass lenses in the floor. Located adjacent to the Turbine Room heritage exhibit and Tuscan-style Waterfall Courtyard – this is our primary event space and home to an incredible party!
Accommodate up to 100 guests for a standing reception, 80 guests with seating.
ANNEX COURTYARD
Embrace enchantment with our exquisite stone courtyard – a harmonious blend of intimacy and open-air allure. Enclosed yet connected to nature, this captivating space is ideal for evening cocktails or dinners.
Accommodate up to 120 guests.

Your venue rental includes the guidance of our on-site Venue Coordinator, use of our in-house tables and chairs, and full photography access across the property.

Yes — we believe your dream team should be your choice. While we are proud to share our favourite vendors with you, you are welcome to choose one of them or someone else!

As a heritage property, our venue requires specialized upkeep and management. A landmark fee helps offset the costs of protecting delicate historic architecture and managing wear and tear attributed to hosting special events.
As experienced professionals familiar with our unique venue, our preferred catering companies pay a reduced Landmark Fee (not to exceed $500) when they work at our venue.
Couples wishing to work with a guest catering team can anticipate an increased Landmark Fee of up to $2,500 to be added to their venue invoice. The increased fee covers the added labour associated with collecting all required documentation, providing orientation and staff support.
