Remember, this is only a suggestion. If you choose not to have a first look, want to create a different flow through dinner or perhaps your night is ending earlier — simply adjust as needed.

2:00 am All vendors are headed home to bed!

Your Questions, Answered

  • Generally, we can accommodate arrivals as early as 9:00 am. Arrivals before 9:00 am will have an associated cost of $75 per hour to cover the additional cost of having staff on site.

  • Rehearsals are scheduled based on site availability. Most of our couples will opt for a 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm time slot (though earlier is always an option).

    Your venue event coordinator will book this with you approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding based on venue availability.

  • Our included guests are calculated based on labour, space and infrastructure combined. While we are able to add a few additional guests at a per person rate, the additional guests may necessitate change your service option in order to allow enough space. We recommend reviewing this with your venue event coordinator.
