If you have always wanted to know the basics of painting with watercolours, this workshop is the ideal starting point. You will learn about different brushes, paints and papers, the colours you need to set up your palette correctly, a bit of colour-mixing and theory, plus a few foundational watercolour techniques such as washes, glazing, wet-on-wet and more. After a bit of practice and play, we will use these techniques to create some simple spring landscapes of hills, trees and water.

This session is perfect for new artists or those new to watercolour.
