SWAP Through Paint is a two-day workshop rooted in experimental theatre and expressed through painting. Participants engage in playful theatre-based practices, translate emotions and ideas into visual art under Lydia Panart’s guidance, and they will complete the process with a short-written reflection inspired by their work. An intimate space for empowerment, creative risk, and authentic expression.
