Artful Giving Show and Sale

There are so many delightful creations to see and purchase by over 20 local artists showcasing a vast array of unique, original works, in a multitude of mediums including: handcrafted jewellery, wood turned bowls, reclaimed wood wallets/purses, blown glass, hand built/glazed clay, fibre bowls, textiles, woodcut/lino prints, watercolour, acrylic and oil paintings, hand painted Christmas ornaments, one-of-a-kind hand made cards, sculpture in carved wood, wood epoxy inlaid, forged copper pendants on leather, copper flowers with patina, iron keychains and so much more. Artful Giving opens November 9th in the Headwaters Arts Gallery in the Alton Mill Arts Centre, in Alton, Ontario and runs until January 8, 2023.

The artists are: Agnes Bellegris, Bhavna Bhatnagar, Deb Dunn, Deb Menken, Emily Graetz,  George Kuipers, Ghyslaine Malette, Helen Duplassie, Hildegarde Sausik, Jason Duclos, Kathleen Rodgers, Kathryn Thomson, Marie Josee Brunet, Marnie Cooke, Mary Perkins, Melissa Kristensen-Smith, Michelle Eissler, Philippa Hagenow, Samantha King, Samantha Routledge, Trish Miller, Vanessa Hertzberg, and Vivien Fleisher.

Far from the madding crowds and with ample free parking, come on out to the Opening Reception on Saturday, November 19, 2022 in the Headwaters Arts Gallery from 1- 3pm at the Alton Mill Arts Centre. Meet the artists, enjoy some refreshments and shop to your hearts content.
