LOCATION: Studio 206, Alton Mill Arts Centre
COST: $75 + HST per person/per session
In this fun and seasonal session, you will create a beautiful mandala (a circular pattern) of vibrant fall leaves in all their multitudes of colours. This is a fabulous opportunity to play with colour and experience Mother Nature’s glorious annual “change of costume” in a whole new way. As you paint you will also discover the magic of mandala-making and its wonderful relaxing benefits.
Working from real leaves you will create your own unique circular composition and build your painting by working with form, shape and colour. This is a great session for total beginners who want to try their hand at watercolour and for those who have a little more experience. Please bring any watercolour brushes or paints you currently have although supplies will be available for those who don’t have them. Paper and stretching boards will be supplied.
