We have a very special Culture Days activity planned for Sunday, September 30th, from 12pm-4pm with Fiona Legg. Artists and the public are invited to collaboratively send off The Maze Project and reimagine this amazing sculpture as a blank canvas for it's last hurrah! See additional details from Fiona below:
This is an invitation to any interested artist (s) to interpret The Maze Project. It is now a free blank canvas and I would be very interested to see how others may choose to interact with it. If you want a panel, or the whole interior , etc, please contact Pearl at Alton Mills Arts Centre, where the sculpture is located. And then go ahead and do your thing!
September 30 from 12-4 the sculpture will be open to the public to paint it and just have fun, as it will be demolished the following week. So of course you are welcome to join in then also.
