Each month Noodle adds the work of a selected featured artist to the gallery. This month, abstract painter Emilia Perri is displaying several of her acrylic paintings and they are all absolutely spectacular. Emilia has been a lifelong artist who now resides in Hockley Valley.

Emilia's paintings are large-scale and use vibrant, bold colors to create abstract compositions. She describes her work as abstract expressions of structure in nature, and you can detect this connection with organic forms in her paintings. Some of the canvases resemble beautifully distorted landscapes while others mix textures and shapes that will make your eyes chase the mysterious colors and interesting paintings techinques.

Any one of Emilia's pieces would work perfectly to brighten up an interior space, so keep in mind these captivating works of art are for sale! Visit Noodle and let your eyes lead you to the back wall of the gallery to see these stunning works up close, and wander over to the hallway just outside Noodle where you will find a couple more of Emilia's large paintings.

Emilia Perri's work will be up in Noodle Gallery until Sunday, May 2nd.
