“MARCH LANDSCAPE” WATERCOLOUR WORKSHOP with CJ Shelton
DATE: Saturday March 11, 2017
TIME: 1- 4 pm
LOCATION: Studio 206, Alton Mill Arts Centre
COST: $75 per person
For total beginners or those who have taken watercolour before this will be an enjoyable afternoon of painting bare trees against a multi-coloured sky as we prepare to welcome back the colours of spring. CJ will demonstrate the classic wet-in-wet technique that watercolor is known for and then let you loose to create some wet and wild March skies and frozen ice reflections.
This is a great session for total beginners who want an intro to watercolour. Please bring any watercolour brushes or paints you currently have although supplies will be available for those who don’t have them. Paper and stretching boards will be supplied.
