Noodle's August Featured Artist is painter Michele Taras. Michele's work is beautifully bright and expressive, using bold colours to playfully depict different animals.
Michele has been a celebrated photographer for many years winning many international awards, and began painting in 2018. When describing her work she refers to it as "art naive." Her use of colour is so uplifting and she uses her imagination to create stories on the canvas. Each of the paintings in the show include a small blurb that gives insight into Michele's thoughts and process surrounding the work.
This unique and beautiful display will be up until September 6th in Noodle Gallery, and of course will be for sale if you're interested in brightening up your home!
