"Spring brings with it exciting new energy, and this one even more so, as it is joined with the FULL SUPERMOON! WHAT??!! We will Drum, Shake, and Move/Dance out the Old Energy, and then CREATE an art piece to Bring In The New! New Season, New Energy, New Hope!"

Bring:
-Drums/Percussion if you have (I have only 2 drums but I have shakers/small percussion instruments to use)
-Comfortable Clothing/Layers
-Water
-A yoga mat
-Journal
